Delivery Time
Standard shipping is offered on all domestic orders amounted to $60 and over. To be eligible for standard free shipping, orders must be placed and shipped within Canada or the USA.

Canada Post Standard Shipping
Normal delivery time is 4-6 business days from the ship date. Orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (1 business day).

Returns
If you are unsatisfied with your order – please email our support team and we will do our best to help you out! To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. The product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Once we receive your order, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please, allow up to 5 business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Product Damage and Defect Rate
Any product damage or defect should be notified to Baby Bliss within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Please email us with the issue and attach photos of the entire package, showing the overall condition of the package; the opened package, with the contents and inner packaging in the package being clearly visible; and a detailed photo of the item. We will get back to you as soon as possible.

When will I receive my order after I purchase?

Once you purchase from Baby Bliss, your order takes us 1-3 days on average to prepare. Once we have prepared your order: If you are in Canada, you should receive it within 4-6 business days. If you are in the USA, you should receive your package within 4-8 business days. Delivery time may change slightly during high traffic shipping periods.

How do I know if this product is safe?

Safety is our number one priority. Our baby essentials are tested under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA) and The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) requirments. Free of BPA, PVC, Phthalates, Lead and Cadmium. They are not third party tested, they are tested directly by Baby Bliss.

Do you offer local delivery?

Yes! We provide delivery within Nova Scotia, Canada, and surrounding areas including: Halifax, Bedford, Dartmouth, Elmsdale and Truro. Simply indicate your delivery address in the 'Delivery Instrustions' box on the delivery page. Delivery service has an estimated delivery time of 1-7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we only offer shipping to Canada and the USA.

How do I track my order?

Simply scroll to the bottom of this page and click 'Track Your Order' on the Footer Menu and type in your tracking number. Yay, time to celebrate – it’s on its way!

How do I care for my items?

We recommend always washing feeding and teething items before use. Wash with warm soapy water or add them to the top rack of the dishwasher. You can sterilize all Baby Bliss silicone items in boiling water; with the exception of the Teether Ring wooden ring component and the spoon in the Bowl & Spoon set with the wooden end.

What is the return policy?

Not satisfied with your order? You have 30 days to return your order for a full refund. Restrictions may apply. Please see 'Shipping and Returns' below for more information.
