All Baby Bliss infant products are tested under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act (CCPSA) and The Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA). Products are tested by Baby Bliss directly.

Canada Safety Tests

Infant Feeding Products

All feeding essentials for infants have been tested by Baby Bliss under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act:

  • SOR/2018-83 – Total Lead (CCPSA Lead);
  • SOR/2016-188 (CCPSA Phthalates);
  • SOR/2016-193 – Surface Coatings (CCPSA Lead), as applicable

This includes baby bowls, utensils, plates, straw cups, food feeders, silicone bibs and snack cups.

Pacifier and Teether Clips

Pacifier clips for infants have been tested by Baby Bliss under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act:

  • Consumer Products Containing Lead Regulations (SOR/2018-83);
  • Phthalates Regulations (SOR/2016-188);
  • Safety Requirements for Pacifier Holders/Clips (EN 12586:2007+A1:2011)

Baby Teethers

All teething items for infants have been tested by Baby Bliss under the Canada Consumer Product Safety Act:

  • SOR/2018-83 (Consumer Products Containing Lead Regulations);
  • SOR/2016-193 (Surface Coating Materials Regulations – Lead);
  • SOR/2016-188 (Phthalates Regulations);
  • SOR/2016-194 (Textile Flammability Regulations);
  • SOR/2014-79 (Polyurethane Foam);
  • ASTM F963-17 (Standard Consumer Safety Specification for Toy Safety)

This includes all silicone and silicone/wooden mixed baby teethers.

All feeding essentials for infants have been tested by Baby Bliss under the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission:

  • CPSIA (Lead, Phthalates);
  • CPSA Section 14(a)(5) (Tracking Label)

This includes baby bowls, utensils, plates, straw cups, food feeders, and snack cups.

Silicone Feeding Bibs

Silicone baby feeding bibs have been tested by Baby Bliss under the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission:

  • CPSIA (Lead, Phthalates); and
  • CPSA 14(a)(5) (Tracking Label); and
  • 16 CFR 1501 (Small Parts Testing), as applicable; and
  • 16 CFR Part 1610, as applicable (Flammability of Clothing Textiles); or
  • 16 CFR Part 1611, as applicable (Flammability of Vinyl Film)

Pacifier and Teether Clips

Pacifier clips for infants have been tested by Baby Bliss under the the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission:

  • CPSIA Lead and Phthalates;
  • 16 CFR Part 1501

Baby Teethers

All teething items for infants have been tested by Baby Bliss under the United States Consumer Product Safety Commission:

  • ASTM F963-17;
  • CPSIA (Lead, Phthalates)

This includes all silicone and silicone/wooden mixed baby teethers.
